This is a Multipurpose FLEXO PRESS for printing upto 6 colours on paper, cellophane, polyethylene,HDPE woven sacks and PP woven sacks.
Rigidly constructed for vibration free performance. The machine is incorporated with web tension control, centering and parallel adjustment on the unwind and a constant torque rewind.
Printing units mounted in stack formation for ease of operation. Overhead drying bridge inbuilt with intercolor drying system.
D.C Variable speed Drive of suitable capacity for operational speed 15-100 M/Min.

• Anilox screen Roller in each printing station to achieve highest standard of Flexograpic printing.
• The printing units are easily accessible for operator to have a clear view of the units.
• Ink Transfers from Pan by means of synthetic roller which further transfers the ink to the hard chromed Anilox roller.

• Continous ink circulation is ensured by ink circulating pumps which enables to maintain uniform viscosity of ink.
• Uniform surface speed throughout the Unwind to Rewind.
